A 1950s telephone bench made by Chippy Heath, a British manufacturer based in High Wycombe. Made of teak and elm, this bench was designed to provide a place to sit whilst talking on the telephone, back in the days of non-mobile phones which couldn't be carried around the house. Nowadays it makes a perfect hallway table for your keys and shoes, but would also work as a bedside table, or just a side table in any room. It has a large drawer and bakelite feet, and comes with a new green seat cushion.

Dimensions: Width 90cm, Height 78cm, Depth 42cm.

The bench is in very good condition with very minor signs of use. Please examine the photographs and feel free to ask us any questions, or request more pictures.
