A large vintage printed advertising mirror featuring the side profile of a glamorous woman with long wavy hair and slender neck, in matt gold / yellow with blue lips. The woman has the look of a 1920s film star, giving the mirror an Art Deco feel. The mirror is in a mahogany-coloured wooden frame.
 
The age of the mirror and frame is unknown but is certainly vintage; Déesse of 16, Rue Halevy Paris was a bicycle manufacturer from the late 19th century onwards, so this may well have been an advertising mirror for their business. 
 
The mirror is in very good condition with one very small area of foxing (see picture 2). There are very small marks to the frame. Please examine the photographs and feel free to ask us any questions, or request more pictures. There is a small hanging ring on the reverse but may need to be replaced if the mirror is to be hung.
