70s True Vintage Red, Green and White Women's Two-Piece Blouse and Skirt
This is a stylish two-piece blouse and skirt in a relaxed stretchy fabric with a retro zig-zag pattern. The background colour is white with a contrasting red and sage green/grey pattern. The long-line blouse has short sleeves, a collar, white buttons, belt loops and tie belt. It has a relaxed, straight fit, but is cinched in by the belt. The knee-length straight skirt has an elasticated waist. Put together, they make a smart but comfortable outfit, but could also be worn separately.
The label says size 12, but as this is a vintage size 12 it may be sorted to a modern size 10. There is no makers label but it is marked as 'Made in England' and comes with a BHS (British Home Stores) plastic clothes hanger, which is believed to be original to the item. The fabric isn't identified, but it is synthetic.
The garment is in good vintage condition; there are very minor signs of use but no noticeable holes, tears or marks to make you aware of. Please examine all pictures and feel free to ask us any questions. There are no washing instructions but I would expect that it could be machine washed at 30 degrees. The item will be hand-washed before dispatch and comes from a smoke-free environment.
