A very pretty Victorian washstand or dressing table in solid stripped pine, with beautiful floral tiles in pink and green. This table is naïve with beautifully aged wood, featuring a set of 6 pretty tiles with delicate pink tulips, and an unusual curved top. It has 2 drawers with original brass drop handles, and a cupboard with original brass knob. This table would look beautiful in a character home but could equally work alongside modern furniture.
The table is in good vintage condition, with firm joints and no wobble. There are some marks and signs of use as you would expect with a piece of this age. The original, hand painted tiles have original colour variations, and are gently aged with a slight crackle to the glaze, but aren't damaged or broken.
