Danish Mid Century Condiment Tray, Teak and Plastic, Serving Bowls 1960s
A 1960s solid teak tray with 2 condiment dishes with teak lids. Perfect for sauces or preserves, or even with snacks, the lids have a space for spoons, and the bowls fit securely into the tray to prevent them sliding. The teak is a beautiful warm colour with shimmering grain.
The dishes are smoked plastic with a slight grey/brown tinge. They have raised dots on the underside, are marked 'Made in Denmark', and fit into the recessed rings on the tray. The lids are solid teak and fit into the tray, which has shaped ends for your fingers.
The set is in very good vintage condition, with only very minor scratches to the wood and interior base of the bowls. The teak has been cleaned and oiled with linseed oil (non-toxic and food safe). Please examine the photographs and feel free to ask us any questions, or request more pictures.
