G Plan Sunburst 60s Vintage Coffee Table
 
This handsome teak coffee table by G Plan is exceptionally well made, somewhat larger than your average circular coffee table and very solid. The table has wonderful solid teak legs with lovely grain, finished with brass cuffs and joints. The top has a solid teak frame around the perimeter, inlaid with teak veneer in a radiating sunburst pattern. The centre has a piece of thick, smoked glass. At 96cm diameter, this table makes a fabulous centrepiece.
 
The table is in very good, vintage condition. It has been gently restored before being finished with teak oil and a protective wax finish. There are minor marks to the wood, and some scratches to the original glass, however these are not noticeable unless you examine the table up close. There is some patina on the brass, which adds to the vintage appeal of the piece. Please examine the photographs and feel free to ask us any questions.
