G Plan Form 5 Teak Base Unit / Sideboard / Cabinet, 1960s Mid Century Vintage
A G Plan Form Five base cabinet in teak with sliding doors. Set on a recessed plinth, the cabinet has a lightness and simple elegance, inspired by mid century Danish design. Ideal as a low sideboard, or stylish media cabinet, with room on top for your TV, and inside for vinyl LP records.
The G Plan Form Five range was introduced in 1968. With Danish-inspired minimalism, clean lines and modular design, the range features a sliding door mechanism which allows the doors to close flat, giving them a sleek appearance. We have 2 matching cabinets available, plus a connecting corner unit (see last photo) - if you would like to purchase more than one item please contact us for a combined price.
The cabinet is in very good original condition with minor signs of use. Please examine the photographs and feel free to ask us any questions, or request more pictures.
