Hornsea Saffron is an iconic range of British tableware in warm, earthy tones, produced by Hornsea Pottery and featuring geometric patterns with stylised daisy motifs. This set of 6 ceramic spice jars dates from the early 1970s; the names of the spices are written on the sides: ginger, cloves, cinnamon, peppercorns, allspice & nutmeg. The teak lids have snugly fitting rubber seals.
The jars are in very good original condition - please note that the nutmeg jar has a small chip on the base (see pictures); the rubber seals are intact and fit snugly. Please examine the photographs and feel free to ask us any questions, or request more pictures.
