Lindstrom Gold Star 30s Vintage Bagatelle Pinball Game

This fabulous tabletop bagatelle game, Gold Star, was made by the Lindstrom Tool and Toy Company of Bridgeport, Connecticut in around 1933/4. It came in a box labelled 'Gold Chest of Games' alongside 2 other table top games, Bank Shot and Lucky Strike, and was played with a marble.
 
The game is made of paper and card, with a tin frame, pins and spirals to guide the marble. I love the vintage colours and patina on the tin, and it's light enough to easily hang on the wall. The spring is still present but the small piece of metal that you would use to pull back the spring has broken off. It can still be used but is more suited to use as a decorative item than a toy.
