Mid Century Vintage Twin Spotlight Floor Lamp in Copper and Black with Teak Base

A vintage floor lamp with 2 spotlights, dating from the 1960s or 70s. This very attractive lamp is black metal with a solid teak base and brushed copper shades and arms. The spotlights can be angled through 360 degrees to provide either diffused or direct light, making it a very practical choice for gentle, ambient light or for tasks such as sewing or reading. The bulbs are operated separately with push buttons on the base of each spotlight. The base has a concealed weight for added stability.
 
The lamp is in very good vintage condition and has been rewired and recently PAT tested with a generous white flex. There are a few minor scratches to the black paint on the metal pole which have been touched up in the past, although these can only be seen on close inspection, and a very minor scratch to one copper shade (see last 2 pictures). One of the ball joints which allows the spotlight to be angled is a little loose, but does stay in position. The lamp takes standard bayonet cap bulbs (B22), 2 of which are included in the purchase.
