Tilt and Swivel 1973 Vintage Wool Chair with Teak Legs and Original Upholstery

This fabulous chair was purchased in 1973 and has had only 2 owners from new. It retains its original woollen upholstery in cream, yellow, mustard, tan and grey stripes. The base is solid teak. The chair tilts backwards and turns all the way around.
 
The chair is in original, but not perfect, condition. The chair still tilts and swivels however the mechanism is worn and some ballbearings may be missing. There are some marks to the upholstery and the front of the right arm has been repaired. There is also wear to the front of the left arm. The original Pirelli webbing is in good, strong condition. The teak stand is in very good condition and has been oiled. Felt pads have been added to the underside to protect hard flooring. Please examine the photographs and feel free to ask us any questions.
