Vintage Mid Century Teak and Brass Standard Lamp Rewired with New Olive Shade

This lovely floor lamp was made in the 1960s and has been gently restored. It has a solid teak base, brass stem with 4, solid teak pieces, and has been paired with a new, corduroy velvet shade in olive green with gold interior, which complements the teak perfectly and gently diffuses the light. 
 
The lamp has been fully rewired with new brass lamp holder, wiring and plug. The wood has been stripped and oiled, and protected with a quality wax finish. The wood is in very good condition;; there is some discolouration and cracking on the brass. Please examine the photographs and feel free to ask us any questions, or request more pictures. The lamp takes a standard bayonet cap bulb (B22), and has been tested and is in full working order. However as with all vintage electrical items, the buyer should consider seeking professional advice and testing.
